If you have installed template based on Helix II framework and after update to Joomla 3.7 you noticed modification problems in Layout Manager - you cannot change settings, some options are not active (grey).

To fix this issue please:

1. Download Helix update plugin from here: https://github.com/JoomShaper/Helix-Joomla
   or template from here: https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/template/helix-ii
2. Install package inside your Joomla 3.7+ installation (like any other template)
3. Then clear your browser cache

That's all, you can now edit setting again.
