In template quickstart package we used free Solidres (solidres.com) version with default included search module which, unfortunately for you, has only checkin and checkout option. Here is example screenshot:

If you need more search filters, you have to buy a full premium HUB or DEVELOPER membership of Solidres to get a Advanced Search module with location (city) option and much more. Here is example from Solidres developer website what offer full a version of module.
