Can't Modify Section

In the first section where is a place for image, "DROP ME A LINE Contact Me", I can't modify nothing, with page builder or helix, it's outside the edit area.
Please forgive me but i am new to joomsharper.
So as not to create a new thread, I have the same problem in the footer, I can't modyfi image, change it, scale, move, anything.
I am asking for advice.

No problem at all, we are always here to help you :)
Please go to menu "Contact Us". From "Page Ttile" tab - you will be able to change "DROP ME A LINE ..." and the image.
For the footer issue: Please open the module "Bottom1". You will be able to change the image from there.
