Correct path is important as well. On your screenshot looks correct.

Joomla health status and updates are on your side only, it's beyond Joomshaper support. Ask on: forum.joomla.org

Hi,

There are all the greens at the moment. I made my page at the beginning of the subdomain, and then I lifted around. I discovered that the two folders were wrong after that , Temp folder and Log folder. I changed them now, but I don't know if it fixed the problem, at the moment I don't have any updates to check.

Hi. Cache folder is very important for Joomla. Yes, it could cause this problem. ALways make sure that all folders have proper permissions, are "green" writable here

Hi,

My log folder and patch folder were incorrect. Is it possible that that caused a problem?

Hi,

I understand, but the problem is not limited to this one product. This error comes with all updates. There is something wrong with the site, not with extensions alone. Manual update works.

Hello Janek Lass

Your site is updated. Moreover extension update is not related to our product.

Best regards
