is there a option to import new items into SP Property?
my customer is using a Real Estate Software which is compatible to Open Immo Protocol.
so its very easy for him, to create new offers to big Real Estate Portals. but not so, for his own website. And now we are searching for solutions...

You could consider importing a .csv file exported from the customer software into the mySQL table in phpMyAdmin. This can be done manually or semi-automatically with the appropriate programming effort. Too complicated?

Is there any other way to publish new offers in Sp Property other than via the backend?
