Cannot Instantiate Abstract Class Joomla\CMS\Factory

Hey there, after updating SP Page Builder, my page is no longer available in the Frontend. I'm getting this message: Cannot instantiate abstract class Joomla\CMS\Factory

In the Backend I am not able to insert my license data. I already tried to install it again, deleting it, installing again, nothing helps. Now I am re-routing my website... that's not a good solution...

Thanks for your help! (and sorry for my english :-)

Hi there!

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please download the latest version from the below link:

https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension/sp-page-builder-pro

And then manually install through Extensions>Manage>Install.

Clear your Joomla and browser chache.

Let me know if it solves the issue for you or not.

The issue is fixed now. Actually, there was an error in the initial release. You can install or update the current latest version now from the site. Thanks for your patience and feedback.
