Hello,

Why can we not autoupdate via Joomla?

Error : Failed to download package. Download it and install manually .

Yes! The correct licence info was in there but cutting it out and re-pasting it back in seems to have fixed it!

Please make sure that your license information has been entered correctly in SP Page Builder → Settings → License. An incorrect or missing license key can prevent Joomla from downloading update packages.

If your license information is already configured correctly and you are still encountering the following error:

Failed to download package. Download it and install manually.

please provide us with your Joomla administrator access so we can investigate the issue further and identify the root cause.
