SP Page Builder 3 years ago

After installint fresh copy of Joomla 3.9.23 an SP Page Builder 3.7.8 I get following info: Database update required SP Page Builder has been updated. To keep things running smoothly, we need to update your database. We strongly recommend you to take a backup in case anything goes wrong.

After clicking update button all seems to go well. I clear all the caches according to the guide. After goin to the maitenence page I gat again the information about database update requirement.

Although there is no error message (only success message) the tables in database are not created. I alredy disabled strict mode in mysql for dates: NO_ZERO_IN_DATE and NO_ZERO_DATE are removed.

Yes. It has been provided in a private message.

Also in database the tables are created. | yo6my_spmedia | yo6my_sppagebuilder
| yo6my_sppagebuilder_addons
| yo6my_sppagebuilder_integrations | yo6my_sppagebuilder_languages | yo6my_sppagebuilder_sections

It seems SP Page builder cannot alrer them.

Please roll back your PHP version 7.4 to 7.3 and provide me the database access

It is not that simple. Other systems are dependent on PHP 7.4 and database contains other data that are semi-sensitive. I am former IT guy so if you want me to alter the tables by hand I can do it. Just post me the SQL script.

I have downgreaded PHP to 7.3. It is not it. The problem is still the same.

So I guess it migh be the database configuration issue. I am using MySQL 8 so maybe the engine more strict than the 5.x family.
