SPPB Modal Add Will Not Play Youtube Video

Hi there,
At this page: https://choicebuildersgroup.com/ there are two modals set to youtube videos (middle of the page). When the user clicks on the button, the modal pops up but the video won't play, resulting in "An error occurred. Please try again later." But when trying again throughout the day, the error is the same.
One of the modals is listed as "Preview the Online Portal." The video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_WS5jIt6NEc
I have similar videos throughout the site that are not in a modal and they work as expected.

The only thing I can deduce is that something is not working with the modal addon.

It works in my testing. I think it is related to your Browser of YouTube account if logged in. It also could be a network issue. Please check my screencast in Hidden Content.

Thank you for taking a look.
I tried switching my user with youtube (I manage multiple client youtube accounts), and after switching to my personal account, it played them without error. I can't believe it. I never would have thought of that.
