1 row with 6 columns in an article - define the distance - mobile view

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I have created 1 row with 6 columns 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 (picture 1-rows+6-columns) in an article. There are always 3 columns displayed side by side. There is no spacing between the first 3 columns and the next 3 (picture 1-row+6-columns_content). Where can I define this?

Unfortunately, with a small screen, the columns are only displayed one below the other, although there would be room for 2 columns (picture mobile-display). Where can I set this?

I found it also working fine on safari in desktop https://prnt.sc/itqr9a
Make sure you are using the latest version of safari.

Let me know the update.

Hi,
Thanks for your query. You can't define more than 12 grids in a row. Please check this documentation
So, you need to create two row to get your desired look.

-Best Regards

JB

Thank you for your response.
I have now created two rows, but in the responsive view, the 3 columns are still displayed directly below each other (image: mobile display) and not e.g. two next to each other. And there is no gap between the 3 columns, where can I define this?

I have a number of rows with 3 columns. On my iPad the columns are arranged vertically, one under the other.

I have attached a screen print of how it appears on the iPad.

thanks

Further to this issue, I see the same vertical column arrangement on the safari browser on a desktop/laptop.

Additionally, the gallery widget does not show the images on safari.... as attached safari.gif safari-02.gif

Further to this issue, I have checked some of the websites on your 'Built With Page Builder' page on your site, eg:

http://keralacafe.jp/

and found the same isue in the Safari browser, ie the 4+4+4 rows all display vertically.

This is not acceptable.

Can this be addressed soon?

thanks

Thank you for looking at this.

As I have said, this issue is reflected in your demo site as well as in your paid templates. All of these site display the rows vertically in Safari.

Hello Sifat

I have updated to the latest IOS. The website looks fine now. I have, however, a large number of clients who are running older versions of IOS. Additionally there would be a larger population running older versions also.
I will have to deal with this the best way I can.

Thanks for your support.
