Access Levels are not working properly when creating content/article

Featured Lock Resolved Issue

We are trying to restrict the access to some of the content / articles in our site, so we are using the "Access" field when creating the article to define the Access Level that is able to have access to it (i.e Registered User). Even when it is defined any user can see the article on the site and we cannot figure out why.

The only access level that is taking into consideration is the "Super User", if I setup the article's access to "Super Users" then it will not be visible to the public, but if I use any other access level defined it will not work.

I am attaching a screenshot for the Access Levels defined, the article definition and how the article is still visible in our site.

I will appreciate if you can help us understand if there is any configuration missing or what could be happening.
