A little update, once I set the SSL enforce to "None" within Joomla, it works.

Can't it work with SSL enforced?

It appears it was caused by the Easy jQuery plugin, which I changed in order to get it working, only problem I have now is that I the menu left shows but all the page itself doesn't have any rows or nothing when I got front-end editing. When I go in the page normally with SP Page Builder all the rows and modules are there.

Problem remains..

Check and see if he runs the Easy jQuery plug in, this one tends to mess around when you enforce SSL.
