All the sudden The site can not be reached by Shaper Helix Ultimate

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I am working on wamp server, using Shaper Helix Ultimate framework and SP Page Builder. I have been working on my site more then a week now and I havent got any problems until now when all the sudden the site can not be reached. I have uninstalled and installed back the Helix Ultimate. It seemed to work but only for a minute. After I changed the heading sizes in template options/typography the site couldn't be reached again.

The site is visible on Protostar and Beez 3, but not on Helix Ultimate.

I realy don't know what to do further more. I need your help please as I have to finish the site untill wednesday.

1) You are working on localhost, so it's beyond support. (Support Policy rules)
2) Turn on showing errors to Maximum (also in Joomla Global Configuration) it may help to see more.
3) Check server error logs.

It may be a problem with server settings or extra plugin, probably you've done something which you shouldn't. As you noticed software code is the same as it was a week ago.

4) You can make a backup of the website and recover it on REAL hosting and check there.
