Something overwriting my custom.css file

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi

I have uploaded a new custom.css file and added this code

#sp-header.header-sticky {background: white;}
#sp-header.header-sticky .sp-megamenu-parent > li.active > a,
#sp-header.header-sticky .sp-megamenu-parent > li.active:hover > a {color: black;}

saved it and cleared cache Joomla admin side cleared browser cache still nothing.
I also entered the code into Helix Ultimate custom CSS on separate times still nothing working no changed made saved?

What seems to be the problem, please.

Thanks

Mark

Hi,
Thanks for your query. Please use this css instead and i think this should work

.header-sticky {background: white !important;}
.header-sticky .sp-megamenu-parent > li.active > a,
.header-sticky .sp-megamenu-parent > li.active:hover > a {color: red !important;}
