Another issue with Testimonial Pro

Hello, it seems there is now another issue with the Testimonial Pro on my website.

After repairing an issue, See this issue, it seems I cannot enter text anymore below the picture (See attachment 1.jpg)

As you can see in attachment 2.jpg there is text in the second item.
But when you look at the website (attachment 3.jpg) the text is not there.

I don't know if it has to do with the repair done earlier, but something is not going so good.

Could you please take another look?
(I think Toufiq has still the credentials for the site-admin).

Hi Toufiq, the probem is still not solved, and I am using latest version of Page Builder Pro 2.5.3 and JCE editor
2.6.19

Please help me with this problem

Hi, I have checked our end and it working fine. Please check again after clear the cache of your Joomla and browser. Please update JCE editor also. Thanks

I am sorry, but the issue is not solved. I have changed the text in the item-3, and the text changed also in item-1 and item-2. Now I have opened again the items, and the text is completely missing.
Could you take another look?

Hello Toufiq,

did you already find a solution?
I am not 100% sure, but the free version does not have this problem?
I installed the free version (no rpoblem), build the page, upgraded to full version (no problem), upgraded to latest version, and now this problem started.

Hi Toufiq,

i have cleared the cache form Joomla, and the browser.
Checked the version JCE Editor: 2.6.19 which is latest.
And it is still not working as expected:

Problem is solved by: cleaning cache, reinstalled template, reconfigured the testimonial, updated JCE-editor.
One of these did the trick!
