Article creation. Only one option.

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
When creating an article through the administrative login panel, we have the choice to create an article using joomla editor or SP page builder. Perfectly. If I create an article through the site menu item - "Create article" I have no such choice. I do not have the ability to create an article using the capabilities of SP Page Builder. I can only use Joomla Editor.
In this template, this is a fundamental question. Either access to the admin panel for the author or there is no option to use SP Page Builder when creating an article.
In A quick start template articles have a beautiful design SP Page Builder. Every author wants to create articles that look like this. But there is no such possibility if we use the menu item - "Create article".
I really hope for your help. Thanks.

Please go to SP Page Builder -> Integrations and then install and enable Joomla Article.

You misunderstood my question.
1.This option is enabled in the integration of SP Page Builder (screenshot SP001)
2. I created a menu item - "create article".(screenshot SP002)
3. When creating an article, the author's possibilities are limited by the " Blog option" (Screenshot 003)
My question: Is there a way to empower the author by adding SP Page Builder ? (Screenshot 12)

Apology for the delay. It is not possible to add SP Page Builder in menu item Create Article. Please see the attached Screencast.
