Athlete (participant) registration for sports event

Featured Lock Resolved Issue

I'm currently searching best solutions for athlete registration for sports (running and cycling) event for Eventum template.

We need it done into 3 simple steps:
Step 1 - click on button [Apply for competition] and the registration form opens;
Step 2 - fill the form (name, surname, personal contacts, choose the group/class, etc.) and click on button [Submit] -> a confirmation page (with custom text) appears AND confirmation e-mail with custom text is sent;
Step 3 - within a confirmation page, there is a text [.... see the full list of participants. ....] with link - click on this link (or button) and the full list (name, surname, group/class, etc.) with already registered athletes is shown.

At this stage, no payment method should be implemented.
Submission form & fields should correspond to athlete list, but there are some hidden fields, which are only for organizers, e.g. contact phone and contact e-mail.

Have looked into some similar issue threads here in forum and searched for [Events Booking] and [JSN UniForm], but I`m not sure they can really provide the above mentioned 3-step scenario.

Hi there,

Sorry to say that, Eventum template & event extension does not exist the feature. Besides, you are talking about JSN UniForm. Both is not same type extension.
