Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hi Joomshapers,

Alright, the issue I have is that in Google Chrome/FIreFox/Opera, certain pages are blank. But when I open them in Edge it works fine. Why is this? I'd like to have this fixed as I don't work with Edge.

See video: https://joeyschroder-clickhere.tinytake.com/tt/NDA2ODcyOF8xMjUwOTgwMA
First browser you see is Edge, second one is Chrome.

Thanks in advance.

Have you cleared your Joomla and browser cache deeply, please?
Sometimes it is caused by an extension of the browser(Not loading a script)
Please check with incognito in this case.

If the problem persists please give me your site URL.

You may check the following document as well:

Hi Rashida,

I've tried clearing cache, and incognito mode but neither one works. Funny thing is, I open it in Edge to export the page. Once I import it again onto a new page, the issue shows again, seems like there is something in the page builder itself that bugs out.

I checked the documentation for the page builder but everything is up to par.

If you wish to see the back-end I can set you the login credentials. Keep in mind this is a production website. I can't go an experiment in there. If requested I can set up a back-up in a test environment.
