Backend Joomla menu doesn't work, but Pagebuilder Works

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
As I was working on my website, the backend menu from Joomla stopped work, whereas the page builder continues to work on the backend, as per the attached screen shot.

I was setting the users and might have messed up something that I can't figure out.

I have cleared the browser cache and checked the access levels on the myphpadmin.

Could you guys help me figure out what happened?

Pavel, thank you for your time, but I have the Super Admin credentials and they are working just fine. Would you think of another way to fix this?

You need to correct the rights for your Super User, in the database manually.
Read this https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=943422 or similar topics. It is joomla common knowledge. I think you can easily find detailed instructions, already written by comunity users.

It seems that this is what is causing the problem. You have incorrectly set up access for users. Never change the access of Super User. If you change it for Super User, now it can only be restored by a database or from a backup

How can I change it from the database? Unfortunately, I don't have a backup

Read section "Method 2: Direct Editing of Database > Add a New Super Administrator User"
