Background Image in a Helix Page Title for a Simple Portfolio Item

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hello. I'd like to put a Background Image in a Helix Page Title but it does not work if I put it in an External URL menu item. The problem is that the External URL menu item is the only way that I can use in order to show a single SP Simple Portfolio item.

This is an example of page where I'd like to put a Background Image: http://www.geeksolution.it/idtsystem/component/spsimpleportfolio/item/1-impianti-di-telefonia
As you see, there is no image even if I try to put it. Please have a look at the attachment.

This is a different kind of page and here I can put it (you can see the image at the top of the page, under the black stripe): http://www.geeksolution.it/idtsystem/contatti

Can you help me, please?

PS: the template I'm using is "Megapack", that I've purchased on Theme Forest: https://themeforest.net/item/mega-pack-factory-industry-construction-joomla-template/19596071

I don't know if ask you or them for help. The template uses SP Page Builder and SP Simple Portfolio...
