Buttons problem after After updating to 3.x

After updating to sp page builder 3 I have some problems with buttons.
I want pre-lines for buttons. (Default border in Outline Button Appearance)
In sp page builder 3 the outline button has not default border.

In SP Page Builder 2.5.4 default style for button was:

.sppb-btn {
display: inline-block;
margin-bottom: 0;
font-weight: normal;
text-align: center;
vertical-align: middle;
cursor: pointer;
background-image: none;
border: 0;

as you can see, no border.

You can add border in 30sec, by settings or via custom CSS so it's not a real problem.

for buttons was added in SPPB 3.0.1 update , I am 99,9% sure of that. I saw line of code.

User problem:
Please look at screenshots:

In everywhere i have this problem. even in modules.
I think that's for RTL.
You said wrong order is cased by RTL styles of template probably. But in SP Page Builder 2.X that was correct.

For example:
Back-end : A B C D
Front-end: D C B A

Back-end : A B
Front-end: B A
