Cannot save - content exceeds allowed limits

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Since the last Joomla update I'm getting this error message when trying to save a SP Page Builder module:

"Save failed with the following error: The content exceeds allowed limits"

Page Builder 3.4.7 (as the later update has LOTS of issues and doesn't even work when editing SP Page Buidler modules).

Anyone know how to fix it?

Hi there,

Did you check your hosting memory spaces? Did you try different places? Like, localhost, another hosting server?

-Thanks

Hi, it seems to be a Joomla problem... the field module==>params is set as TEXT but needs to be LONGTEXT. I'm not able to change it for some reason; I'm also not sure if it's smart to do so.

This happened after the last Joomla update, it seems the content length of a module is enforeced differently than before.

I have made a temporary fix by splitting the SPPB module into several smaller modules to avoid the problem.

Another thing: In SPPB v. x.x.10 the editor is lost in modules. I tried the fix recommended in the installation advice, but it didn't help. I can only click a button to edit it in frontpage but it just keeps loading and loading...

I changed field type to LONGTEXT, but no helped. :( While not release a fix, then downgrade to older version?
