Hi,
I think I can help.
1) It's because Breezing form module use mootools ... which causes conflict.
I have fix for it.
If your template is based on Helix3 please add:

//fix carousel issue for mootools
var carousel = jQuery('.carousel');
if(carousel){
window.addEvent('domready', function(){
if (typeof jQuery != 'undefined' && typeof MooTools != 'undefined' ) {
Element.implement({
slide: function(how, mode){
return this;
}
});
}
});
}

paste this code in template/shaper_NAME/js/main.js file

It must be added before last "});"

----
Remember to clear CMS cache , because you have there JS compressor.
---
If you have Breezing Form PRO I suggest ask support when they are going to update their software to JQuery only.

Ad 2) Image Content Addon - this is a addon bug, it will be fixed in next SPPB update,
in meantime you can use custom CSS to add those values.

I've made a few attempts without success. Can you explain to me how to apply style to a specific element without affect others

Sure,
each addon can have unique class name, you probably have seen custom class field - so you can use custom CSS code only for this addon. Or whole ROW if you added custom ID or CLASS name. Yes, it's so simple.

1) before each class must be (.) dot
2) font-color ??? Opss not in CSS.
3) before HTML tags no dot
---

.sppb-image-content-title.sppb-addon-title {color: red;}

---
I suggest spend some time with book about CSS basics
