Hi,
In general, those two colors, are from preset color styles.
But sure, you can override only those two and other elements using custom CSS.
Because you're a beginner with Helix I guess, please read those two:
https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/which-line-of-css-i-have-to-edit-code-inspector-in-action
and
https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/helix3#custom-css-header-code

----------
Then use:

.sppb-slider-fullwidth-wrapper .sppb-slideshow-fullwidth-item-bg .sppb-fullwidth-title
{color:red;}

.btn.btn-primary,
.sppb-btn.btn-primary,
.btn.sppb-btn-primary,
.sppb-btn.sppb-btn-primary { background-color: red; }

-----------
If you want to change the whole set of colors - from template settings choose different color preset. You have 12 to choose from.
