change read more button in university template

Hi,

Please follow the instruction.

File location
language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_shaper_university.ini

Find out this code
READ_MORE="Read More"

If you use multilingual then i would request to you that, please copy this file and paste inside your new language folder. Then change the prefix as like

en-GB.tpl_shaper_university.ini

to

arabic
ar-AA.tpl_shaper_university.ini

Now it's ok.

it's better to create another language or change the en-GB.tpl_shaper_university.ini file, what Do you think?
