color of fixed menu when sticky header is ON ?

Featured Lock Resolved Task
hallo,
where can I change the color of fixed menu when Sticky header is ON ?
I tried to put in custom css this ...

#sp-header .fixed-header {
position: fixed;
z-index: 9999;
background: #000c none repeat scroll 0 0;
box-shadow: 0 3px 3px rgba(38, 36, 34, 0.43);
top: 0 !important;
}

or this ....

#sp-header .fixed-header .animated .fadeInDown {
position: fixed;
z-index: 9999;
background: #000c none repeat scroll 0 0;
box-shadow: 0 3px 3px rgba(38, 36, 34, 0.43);
top: 0 !important;
}

but nothing changes......

Yes, of course I am using an inspector, but the change does not happen when I load into custom CSS

Carefully ensure that the css syntax is correct.

First of all, you should use rgba to make it work in all browsers: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.8) instead #000c.
Second, use the browser's code inspector and you will easily find the class you need.
For example:
