Column issue in Header row of Maxima template

In my header section, I have 3 columns in which 2 that are overlapping each other, modules contact, and content1. I have the columns setup in my layout manager as Span 4 for all of them, no style, and no offset...yet the contact and content1 positions still stack on top of each other. I had some recent changes made to my custom.css by Paul for the logo can reference that ticket here:

Hi Mike,
In custom.css file please replace old code from #sp-contact part with this:

#sp-contact {
margin-left: 16%;
padding-top: 10px;
width: 200px;
