Hi
Thanks for your query. Would you please check the global setting for your site? You need to disable the site offline from the global configuration http://prntscr.com/p7l753
Hope this'll solve the issue.

So even if "Coming Soon" is disabled, per my screenshot, in the template, it STILL overrides the joomla global config offline feature?

I assumed that if "Coming Soon" is disabled and Joomla offline mode is enabled, then I would see the joomla offline text/image/login on the frontend.

Actually the templates coming soon will just provide you some extra function to change the texts or colors nothing more.
It'll work concurrently with the global setting.

Why is the Helix Coming Soon showing if it is disabled?

Hi,
When you are using helix-ultimate as your template then you'll get only the helix-ultimate error page. Either you enable the error page from the global configuration or from helix-ultimate.

Hope you understand.

-Thanks

I think it's a lack of a template, which must be corrected. In the Helix 3, it works as expected, but not in the Helix Ultimate. If in the Helix 3 Coming Soon is disabled, you will not see it if the site is offline. But in Helix Ultimate is still visible, and the timer is not running. What is the meaning display Coming Soon in this case? It looks like a bug.

I agree and have changed this post to a "Bug" from "Issue".

On a side note, the mobile view needs some adjustment in my opinion. screenshot.jpg
