Hi Udi,
Sorry, but in general:
1) Extension conflicts are beyond support.
2) SPPB does NOT support shortcodes and {} are part of them.

Hi Paul,
thank you very much for your reply.

What shortcuts are available?

We rely on SPPB.
If it takes 3-4 days to create a page for an event - it is a problem.

2 days - Till I read your reply NOT to use JCE 2.6.33
2 days - article anywhere {...} prevents modal popup addon
1 Hour - display a simple article - not exist >> bypath (Sifat)
1 hour - Return to module addon >> Module addon provides more features than the article addon (Icon, control max char, etc)
Image addon - you just announced on image height control but it's not available in image addon ...

Regarding shortcuts:
where can I find it?
Why don't you share it with 3rd parties? Currently I have to restore the issue for the vendor ...

There are several plugins most of J! community use - Regular lab is one of them.
Talk to them ...

Thank you
Udi

None.

Sorry, but it doesn't depends on me why shortcodes from plugins doesn't work in most cases.
I asked about it many times our developer. But no progress, with Content Plugin support, like you have in Custom module.

Hi Paul,

I like your replies :D :D :D

It does not make sense SPPB is isolated from other J! goodies ...

If {...} is not supported, which signs are legal?

Thank you
Udi

P.S
Regarding Article addon - to whom should I write?

Hi Paul,

Please find a solution to use 3rd parties extensions in SPPB.
There is no sense to limit its use.
Thank you
Udi

thank you

Hello

I would like to agree agree with Udi here.

The more I use SPBB the more I realize how closed it system is.
IMHO their devs should work with Peter from regularlabs and to bring compatibility
with his products, because he has one of best components for Joomla,
Without his components, I would abandon Joomla as preferred CMS platform long time ago.
To Udi, I realized that SPBB can render shortcode from system plugins but it doesn't render shortcodes from content plugins.
So SPBB could work with {} syntax but only if SPBB devs change content plugin.

Thank you.

As I use themexpert Quix for different missions, they faced similar problem with {module %1} from regularlabs.
After checking, they asked to change it to [%modul %1 %] (you can choose the tags from a list)
and after doing it, it works well.
I expect to see it with SPPB.
Many ext extend the J! efficiency and we cannot lose it.

Team, please wake up !!!
We cannot wait for long.

Thank you

The only way which works (in most cases) is the method described here about shortcodes

Hi Paul,
Thank you for the reply.
However, that solution cannot be implemented within popup module.

Popup that contains another module - display an article, subscription etc is crucial .

You may contact with the popular ext vendors like regularlabs, acyba etc to bring a solution.

SPPB is a platform and excluding 3rd parties avoid it.

thank you

hi Paul,

thank you.
I know you are not the address
but your CEO supposed to be aware of this.

It is not about a feature, it is an approach
and it took too much time without an outcome.

Maybe next project ...
