conflict with GDPR component by

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
HI all! I've a problem installing this GDPR component.
The installation says everything is ok, but when trying to set up the component I've a white page, with a generic Error 500.
I tried unistalling/reinstalling the component, clean the cache in Joomla (3.9.11), clean the browser cache
(problem both in Safari and Chrome), but this didn't solved the trouble.
I'm working on localhost before put the website on line and this is the last passage- The website is ready to go live, but for the European Laws all cookies must be blocked UNTIL the visitor gives his consent and your extension for Cookies doesn't block them.
What can I try?
Thanks!

Hi,
I live in EU, I know that law, and how it works.
Sorry but GDPR is a commercial product, with their own support.
Please ask them (JExtensions Store) for advice, we cannot be responsible for GDPR settings or their mistakes, conflicts. (Read our Support Policy)

P.s.
Personally I know people who use GDPR with Helix + SPPB without any problems.
