Hi,
Almost all jewelry stores have a clean, basic layout. It means that first find a template, then proper e-commerce component. It doesn't have to that one suggested by us.
Sometimes it's also a good option to choose shop based on SaaS. Less job for you.

Each of us has different taste. I can suggest you 3 templates, and after all, you would say: Oh, none of them is what I was looking for. SO excuse me, but we are not consultancy company.
