disable parallax on mobile

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi,

I'm running SP Pagebuilder Pro 3.0.4 - Joomla 3.8.3. Helix 3

I like the parallax effect but on a mobile its all messed up.
Is it possible to disable parallax in the mobile view?

Thanks

Hi,
yes, two methods:
1) request extra custom CSS, can you show me URL.
2) create addcional (clone) Row for Mobile view only without Parallax effect

Hi Paul,

I did some research myself.

The site was made in Pagebuilder 2
I restored a backup here http://testcarion.be/quad/
When I check with my iPhone it looks great
The parallax and cover mode is removed automatically.

http://www.quadent.be is the Pagebuilder 3 version (just update from pagebuilder 2 to pagebuilder 3).
It does not look good!

Can you take a look?

thanks

Maybe our developer have to improve that area.
Temporary you may use my suggestion (2) which is much better because you can use lower row.

the problem with your option 2 is:

on ipad pro the resolution of the screen is 1024 px so this is the row pc version that is displayed on a mobile browser so the image is found then enlarged to a point that we do not see nothing. I believe the problem comes from the code that you used for your parallax effect.

will you be able to improve in order to work properly in the next update and wait for it to be our options to solve this problem?

voiçi ce à quoi le tout devrais ressemble sur les autre mobile avec l'option 2 :
Sans-titre-2.jpg

view on ipad pro whit your option 2 :

Option 2 -- use also smaller image (it's probably obvious) + change bg image settings , I have no idea which one you have chosen in Fitness website.

it's just the parallax effect that creates distortion of the images, but only on the mobile browser

Do not use "Background Size" Cover on the mobile settings.

I suggest to use Background Size : contain
for mobile view only.
It resize the background image to make sure the image is fully visible

using the contain the background no longer fits and the photo fits in width but not in height so create a color band under the example images in this photo

if default smartphone width is not wider than 480px
you can play with different images and setting for background-size

just check which combination is the best for you.
