Drop down menu does not work on other resolutions below desktop.

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
I think this is a bug.

The is issue that drop down menu does not come out/slide out on any other resolution other than desktop. Testing on iPad for example the dropdown stays hidden and only the parent menu is activated every time.

I have tested on my site as well as the demo still the same problem.

See screenshots for reference.

Demo

Not sure what the solution could be:
May be make the dropdown arrow activate the submenu on click or rollover?

Please advise. Thanks.

You are testing is wrong!
Can you test on an iPad? or use code inspector and you will see that this dropdown does NOT work!

Why are you responding to this thread if you cannot do a simple test to figure out what is wrong? I don't understand why you are responding in the 1st place if you cannot test properly for the issue a client (a paying client) is having?

I do not understand.

Can someone else test this issue and let me know why I am having a different experience from Toufiq? Testing on an iPad (landscape) and code inspector - set on iPad landscape, this dropdown menu does not show.

Anyone else having this issue?

I see that it is working fine in your video. When you click on the small arrow, the menu works correctly.

But on my site https://www.africasted.com/testbed/ it doesn't work. The root menu is always activated when I click on the dropdown arrow.

See attached screencast: https://www.screencast.com/t/ljRle0DrXxlf

Also check my website https://www.africasted.com/testbed/ to see that I am getting a different behaviour.

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. Please check the demo menu type and your menu type. There has a difference.
