Duplicated sections SEO impact

Featured Lock Resolved Issue

Does sp page builder duplicated sections for desktop and mobiles for better presentation (hidden coherently on each one), changing only formatting and positioning attributes and maintaining exactly same content, negativity impacts SEO ?

How does Google see this ?

Thanks in advance,

it depends on what Google sees, because content display is based on CSS rules (display: none / block), so it's still inside HTML code.

You are saying, although the content is hidden coherently on desktop and moblies by css, the it is still there and google sees it as duplicated one, right ?

If yes, can you tip me about any sp page builder common practice to make google interpret it as not duplicated (because, in certain situations, and for better presentation on mobiles, sp page builder users definitely need to duplicate some sections) ?

Thanks in advance
