Easy Image Gallery shows no photo's

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi,

I installes SP Easy Image Gallery component and module.

Then I uploaded 2 photo's in an album. The extension of the uploaded pictures is .jpg (no capitals).
I see no pictures in the front end or in the default Joomla media manager.

If I edit one picture in the component, I then see the picture.

Best regards,
Maurice

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Please goto this file location components/com_speasyimagegallery/layouts/gallery/default/image.php
Then replace the attached file there and let me know if that helps.

Hi Sifat,

I checked the template settings. It includes .jpg so as far as I see the settings do not block the photo's. Also, we have SP Simple Portfolio in use and there the same (!) images show just fine.

Also, I re-installed Joomla.

This does not fix the issue.

Hi,
Thanks for your access. I've checked this in my end and found it's working fine in my localhost and here is my configuration https://prnt.sc/m25iio
Please use the same php version like mine to check if that solves your issue or not.

Please let me know.

Hi Sifat,

In the cpanel (hoster: Siteground) I can only choose from a couple of pre-defined PHP versions:
7.1.25
7.2.13
7.3.0

I tested all versions and it does not solve this issue.

Thanks!

I replaced the file.
Then I cleared site and browser cache.

Still no images showed.

I changed from PHP 7.3.0 to 7.2.13 and then it worked.

Thanks again!

Kind regards,
Maurice
