Email not being received from contact form

Hi,

We are currently using the Lightbox template (v1.5), along with SP Page Builder (v3.0.1). The contact form add-on has stopped working on our website. When submitting the form it says that the email has been sent successfully, but we are not receiving the email. We are using Joomla 3.8.3.

We have changed the email settings in Global Configuration to SMTP rather than PHP and we are now receiving the test mail from Joomla, however we are still not receiving the messages from the contact form.

We have also tried changing the recipient email in the add-on, from an email on the same domain to a completely different email, however this doesn’t seem to make it work either.

Please could you advise what might be the problem?

Yes we checked the spam folder on each occasion and there was nothing in there. Sorry I should have mentioned that before.

I am also getting this problem on my sites. It is saying it has been sent but get no emails.
The standard Joomla form works OK

Joomla 3.8.3
Pagebuilder 3.1 pro

Ihave the same issue with an email mydomainname.com but it's work with another email like gmail.com
