Error 1054 (opening new ticket as requested)

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I keep getting told to open new tickets and send private messages and we are going on 3 weeks without a resolution. Both of the tickets are below. I have sent login credentials to everyone who has asked via private message.

We can't use it until that feature is in place.

They really need to fix this bug in SP Soccer. It seems that everybody who is using Soccer template is having this problem, especially after an upgrade. I am having the same problem too and I am hoping that it will be fixed soon.

I've been trying to get it resolved for 3 weeks now but haven't had any luck. Hopefully it can get resolved because I need to get this online. I'm ready to just abandon and move on to a new design.

I sent that over 2 weeks ago but I haven't heard back. I was told that it was fixed but I am still having the exact same problems.

Now I am going to be away for 2 weeks... I think that this template is going to have to be scrapped on our end... we need to finish this project. Seems like a waste
