Error in updating Joomla x Moview. (AJAX loading error)

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hello guys!

I'm having trouble updating the current Joomla where I load my Moview 3.4.8 to 3.7.2 template.

Where they appear according to the prinsts attached hereto.

"Ajax Loading Error: Not Found."

I already checked permissions and upload max.

Does anyone have any light to give me regarding the update?

Note I've tried to update Joomla via FTP and the site does not open later. Or it opens, opens with errors.

Hug for everyone!!!

Extra tip2
One reason Joomla may give you the AJAX Loading Error is missing files or folders in the
/administrator/com_joomlaupdate folder.

If in your php.ini the max_execution_time and memory_limit PHP parameters are too low.

we are not Joomla support, but Template developer.
Really - read Joomla manuals how to upgrade/update Joomla manually. It's so easy to find them.
In most cases all you have to do is....
1) Download
2) Unzip
3) Copy all files into server (override all files)
4) Then click Fix database in Joomla admin

Am sorry...
But if I have looked for you, of course I have looked for official joomla forums in that regard. I have no question of asking ...

And if I signed the supportw, it was because in the email, I was guaranteed 3 aids ...

Above tud because they know the code as nobody else ..

If there is a fault on my part, I am willing to debate the simple ... "philosophy is not all help"? Nothing more...

Followed latent errors to template and SP's. Same as the bug!

Is it worth 3.6.x to succeed?

The thing is simple ...

Sometimes it's good to upgrade step by step, I mean Joomla 3.4 > 3.5 > 3.6 > 3.7
For sure it's not worth to say with Joomla 3.6 for sure.
