Event Countdown in Latest Events how to make Hours and Minutes to work

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Is it possible that hours and minutes are also bein influence the countdown.

For example: Today and time is 2015-04-06 07.10 PM and there is an event stating at 2015-04-06 09.00 PM

The countdown should disply

1 Hour 50 min

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

The "SP Countdown" module does indeed display remaining time with hours and seconds, please have a look at my attached below screenshot.

Alex

I think we missunderstand each other.

We are using K2 to enter events, when you look at the detail of an event, there is a coundown.

Its working, but it counts until 12pm (24:00) of the day not as it should 17:00.

I make an example:
Today is
11.04.2015 20:00 (8pm)
The event is talking place at
12.04.2015 17:00 (5pm)

The counter should say.

Days 00:
Hours 21:
Seconds 00

But it says

Days 00:
Hours 04:
Seconds 00

It counts only until midnight.

Thats why my question, is posible to make the counter working not only for the day, but also for hours.

Many thanks in advance.

Matthias

I see what you mean, Matthias. I'll have a go at some testing to see if I can reproduce this scenario for us. Please bear with me a day or two.

Hi there,

I've just played with setting the "SP Countdown" for a today's event and on my Joomla 2.5 test box it indeed taken both remaining hours and minutes into account just fine, please see my screenshots attached below.

Regards,

Alex

Hi Alex

We did install Quickstart:
Template: Vocals
Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable [ Ember ] 21-March-2015 20:30 GMT

I tried all different setting, hours with ":" with "."
can't make it work.

Matthias

Sorry to disappoint you, but at present our "SP Countdown" module is not compatible with J! 3.x (please see my screenshot attached below).

Alex
