Feature Box Breaks Backend Editor

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
We are having an issue with SPPagebuilder's "Feature Box" Add-on. It works successfully for the first two edits, but when the third one is opened, it causes the editor to break. It does not matter which order they are opened. We also tried opening the same one three times in a row and it still broke the pagebuilder.

Resolution attempts:
- Private Browser
- Clear Browser Cache
- Use different browser
- Clear site cache

Hi,
thanks for the video, have you thought to use Image layout addon instead?
Beside maybe "Feature Box" addon was overridden inside your template? I don't know, you can check.

I hope you know that the last version of SPPB pro is 3.6.1, not 3.4.11 as you have.

I tend to use the icon option so the feature box works well for the built-in icons so that I don't need to find elsewhere.

I didn't see any template overrides. Using Helix3 Framework only.

I do know that I am outdated on Pagebuilder. The site is in the process of being built and I tend to do the entire build on one version and then do all of my updates once it is completed.... then keep it up to date from there. With so many moving parts, I don't like to deal with versions but I will take a backup and try to do an update later this week. If that doesn't work, I'll be back.

We updated to SP Page builder 3.6.1 on Joomla 3.9.11 and we are still having an issue. I have not done any overrides in the template.

We are also having an occasional issue in the backend (one out of 10 will happen) when we click to Row Options. When we click the edit button, we are getting the same blank editor page that we are seeing when clicking the Feature Box Editor 3 times.

This issue occurs in Chrome (76.0.3809.100). Tested on multiple computers (Mac and PC)

I was not able to replicate the issue in Safari. It is good to know that we are able to do a workaround by using another browser if it becomes more of an issue, but it is a frustrating problem since we use Chrome for everything.

We did the following:
- Updated extensions
- Updated Joomla
- Deep clear cache
- Use private browser
- Purge CDN
- Development mode CDN
- Disable CDN
Just following up to see if you have any suggestions for this issue.
I cannot help if you use the old version.
