Fixing duplicate pages and how to redirect

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
Hi there,
My website analyser came back to me on an error I had, stating that:

"We've been running a scan for your project and found a lot of duplicated pages. >301>

Could you please make necessary redirects"

How do I go about fixing this error that they found?

Thank you for your assistance in advance,

sorry it was your mistake, you should enable SEF since beginning.
You have two options:
1) Use extra extension for redirections
2) use .htaccess rule with 301 redirect for each link

Two years ago I have seen this code for htaccess, I am not sure if it works but..

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/index\.php/
RewriteRule ^index.php/(.*) /$1 [R=301,L]

Put it in new row after "RewriteEngine On"
