Hi,
please check this same contact page on template protostar (default joomla)

it looks like conflict, beside your site use mootools, really?
They will be cut off in Joomla 4

It's actualy an old site updated...
I disabled mootools with this: https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/mootools-enabler-disabler/

I did a page test, with prostostar http://bienetre.lu/fr/test
Same problem. I am little bit lost now :)

Are you 100% sure that Google Map API is okay?
Zoom is not too big?
Check different location, for test.

I suppose it isright, I did follow your documentation (twice :) )
I tested different zoom, nothing, I don't see the error "not loading...", but if I activate full error repport:

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/bienetrend/www/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/gmap/site.php on line 36

That's the only error I can see...

Can you do a simple test for me.
Install, for example, Phoca Map component (free).
It is for Google Maps as well, use there your API and publish map with this same location as you want somewhere on your site (subpage).

same problem, the only one working is the one by reuter but it got security problem...

If even on PhocaMap component you have this same problem it means that probably your hosting somehow block connection, please contact with hosting support to ask about reasons or at least clues what to do. They should be able to check. Maybe it's firewall, mod_security etc.
I cannot jump over that fence.

BTW
You can always just use screenshot of that map and use just an image. It always works. :p

Thx I suppose I will dig deeper but in the meantime I use the jpg...

anyway i ll mark this at resolved, cause your component isn't at fault.

Cheers
