having issues with jevents popups on helix ultimate

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I contacted the jevents support team about an issue with displaying a monthly calendar while using the helix ultimate template. All works well with the default joomla default template.

they looked at the site and pointed out that there is a jquery conflict with that template and suggested jquery easy. Can you affirm this and if so can you provide me with the helix ultimate info that conflicts with jevents or otherwise help me use jquery easy in a way that doesnt break the helix ultimate functionality.

the issue shows up when I hover an event on the calendar. This produces a pop up with event detail. When working properly, the popup is removed when no longer hovering. In this case the call to remove the popup produces a console error indicating that the function is undefined.

I'm happy to provide you with url, and login credentials on a private channel

Hi there,

You component conflict with bootstrap.min.js files. It's not means problem in our Helix Ultimate. Helix Ultimate used the Bootstrap 4 version. Maybe your extension used the old version of bootstrap.
