i found the way to solve this, not sure it's ok or not. But seem to me it will be all right.
i set the two different language menu in the menu1 and in the advanced i copy the " sp-megamenu-parent menu-animation-fade d-none d-lg-block" at the Menu Class Suffix and css hide the old nav "nav.sp-megamenu-wrapper{display:none;}". then everything seem ok now.

because you need at least two menus each with different flag "zh" and "eng"
then you have to make copy of current template and assign menu to different menu.

Read guide:

it was based on helix3, but in helix ultimate is very similar

More than a month ago #Permalink's work now but seem the menu display isn't correct, and the main menu still show out at the right hand side.
check the code, the class for "ul" "li" seem wrong.

Now I see anything.
Error: Failed to start application: Error starting the session.

you mixed to much.
Remove all menu modules from all position, leave only menu module inside "offcanvas" position.
