Helix 3 Unknown column 'Array' in 'field list'

Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I have a site in helix3, there i have a form with seblod which was working perfectly before upgrading joomla and helix etc. but after upgrade when I submit the form it shows error: Unknown column 'Array' in 'field list'
Can you guide me how to resolve it?

Enable Joomla error reporting, set it to MAX.
Also enable DEBUG mode.
This should display more details about the issue and the involved DB tables.

(Apart from that, you might also try to assign the joomla default template “Protostar” on that page. Just to make sure the issue is not related to the template framework)
