Featured Lock Resolved Issue
I am getting this error on my site:
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/oneuk/public_html/libraries/joomla/document/html/renderer/head.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php70/root/usr/share/pear') in /home/oneuk/public_html/templates/j-directory/error.php on line 28

I have read somewhere that the folder Libraries/joomla/document is not used in Joomla 3.8.3 and to install it from an older version.
I tried this, but then all I get is a 404 error on the pages.

I am running the latest Joomla version 3.8.3 and just update SPPagebuilder 3.4 to latest version and also Helix template is 2.4 and I cleared the cache after install.

Can you please advise

Also guys just so you know this is a Joomla installation within a joomla installation.

Guys, I think I have resolved this now.
As it was a joomla site within a joomla site, it appears to be that it was the .htaccess file in the local folder ( not the root) on the line where it says #Rewritebase
once uncommnedted and we inserted the correct path then it started working ok :)

It was however working ok before we did any of the upgrades so I can only presume that something changed regarding this when we updated Joomla to 3.8.3 and SPpagebuilder to 3.0.4 and helix to 2.4
