Helix Ultimate offline page stays on Coming soon

Featured Lock Resolved Bug
Hi. I've installed a fresh copy of Joomla today (latest) and installed the Helix Ultimate Template.

When you put the website in offline mode, it shows the coming soon page on the page. The coming soon option is disabled in the template settings, but still keep on showing that page, It works fine with another Joomshaper template.

Think it might be a bug?

Thanks.

Hi, This does not really resolve the issue.

If one enables the 'Coming Soon' and logs in at the front end the page shown is still Coming Soon Page. So client or I cannot see the front end development/other pages.

If one disables the Common Soon that the sound down clock is still there but the site is displayed for the logged in users.

This is a serious issue that I am also having. When can we expect this fixed? In the meantime, how can I completely disable it and just have the deafult Joomla ofline page?

Hi,
I have run in to the same problem that we have the count down/coming soon page activated with login fields. When logging in the count down/coming soon page is still there but without the login fields. It is practically impossibly to gain access to the front end although one can sometimes get one of the sites multilingual home pages to show but navigating from there then put you back at the count down/coming soon page...

This is a SERIOUS problem that needs to be handled IMMEDIATELY by the developer since it cast a shadow over the whole company and there way of handling support incidents and bugs. Is there adequate resources available to handle these issues or do one think that it won't show up in the reviews that poor support usually renders in social media? What differs a good software company from a less than good one is often shown in how support is handled. So man up now and fix serious issues BEFORE new features since they are worthless if the foundation is faulty!
I find it even more disturbing it now have been months with promises that this would be fixed in the next update but several such later we still suffer from the same problem!
Now my team have a hard time with the editing workflow and development is slow and we can NOT launch the site! Who will pay my costs for this?

Regards!

Hi there,

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Already we have the plan to make a massive update. But, our pipeline has huge work. So, we need time. Besides, I wanna inform you that we do not sell the Helix Framework. Helix Framework is fully free for all. I hope now you will understand.

-Thanks

Hi Again,
Well, you may have plans for updates and features but when what's counts is whether your products, free or paid, work or not. When it comes to the Helix Framework its NO defence that it's free for all if it doesn't work or create problems of this magnitude. If I as a developer can't continue to develop a site because it's impossible to deactivate a feature as the Coming Soon, how do you think THAT should be handled? We are using the Page Builder and if this is an error because of Page Builder or just the Helix Framework I can't tell. But what I can tell is that both are your products and I pay for Page Builder which I can not use now. Both these are products of yours so now is the time to man up and provide the support that paying customers have the right to demand and not just answer our cries for assistance with PC replies filled with BS about what's Coming Soon! I for one need support of YOUR product(s) or the full documentation so we can handle it in house.
To claim time after time that we shall wait for the next release to get this fixed is NOT what a serious developer do and coupled with your statement that Helix framework i free for all as some sort of defence for providing bug infested software does NOT fly with me and most likely all the others having this problem.
Perhaps more focus on problems like this instead of your "pipeline" would lend you some remaining credibility in the Joomla community because THAT is evaporating fast here!.
