Hide module on mobile devices

Hi, I have tried all suffixes to hide a module on mobile devices, nothing has worked. Please help

I tested with hidden-xs - and worked for users so far. yes, put space before class name.

but those modules were published in Page (SPPB) or in classic module positions ?

Have you tried to use Boostrap3 classes ?
OR
Advanced Module Manager (RegularLabs) ??

Bootstrap 3 classes also not working, I have installed advanced module manager but I see no functionality to help me with my issue

Have you done all steps as I did on video ? It works, it worked for at least 10 users by now. really.
Maybe you have to check on 2nd smartphone !
