home page mega drop menu not working

i am using shaper zara template my web page is http://www.techlive.co.in , i am new to jooomla.. 2.5 plz help...

problem is my drop down mega menu is not working .. when i place ma cursor on the menu...

Menu is not working because of jQuery. Search google jQuery noConflict method.

i tried installing plug ins jQuery Easy bt still not working

I have the same issue. i cannot see the mega menu option. also installed the jquery but not difference.

just testing this template right now. also can't get the sliding pictures to work...

i am on 2.5
