Dear, I'm using Organic Life with Hikashop. I have changing something in Template.css. After refresh the website have changing but after a few minutes the go back to original Template.css.
How can I keep the changing.

Indeed always start from Helix3 documentation if the template is based on Helix3.
Small fix
Organic Life based on Helix 2, if I'm not mistaken. Therefore, you should read the documentation for Helix 2
